Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service govern your use of magicseo24.com and any purchase made through it. "We," "us" and "magicseo24" mean Hand Crop Inc, which trades as magicseo24 from 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor, 671, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. "You" means anyone browsing the site or placing an order.
What we sell
Six SEO service lines, sold either as monthly retainers (Starter, Growth, or a consultation-scoped Scale tier) or as fixed-price one-off deliverables (audits, sprints, launch packs and strategy sessions). Full scope, price and turnaround for every item are published on its own page under /services/, /pricing/ and /shop/.
Placing an order
Orders are placed through the cart and checkout on this site. An order is confirmed once you complete the checkout flow and receive an order reference; because this site has no order-processing server, you must email us your reference (a button on the confirmation page does this for you) so we can confirm the order and schedule work. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you. Delaware levies no sales tax on these services, so nothing is added at checkout; if you are buying from outside the United States, any tax due in your own country is your responsibility. The payment step on this site is a demonstration only — no real payment is taken through it at this time; we'll confirm the actual payment method with you directly when we follow up on your order.
Delivery of services
Turnaround times stated on each package page are our standard delivery targets, starting from the confirmed kickoff date, not from the date of purchase. Retainer work begins within 5 business days of a signed agreement and reports are typically issued by the 5th business day of the following month.

Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your business and website, to provide reasonable access needed to deliver a purchased service (e.g. Search Console access for an audit), and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
What we don't guarantee
We do not, and cannot honestly, guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, or any other outcome that depends on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, AI answer engines) we don't control. Our commitments are to the scope, process and reporting described on each service page, not to a specific ranking or traffic result.
Intellectual property
Reports, audits and strategy documents we deliver to you become yours to use for your business once paid for in full. The magicseo24 name, logo and site content remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death, personal injury, or fraud). Beyond that, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
