FAQ

Pricing

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because our buyers told us (and the research backs it up) that hiding pricing behind a form is the single biggest source of friction in choosing an SEO agency. If a price is real, we'd rather show it.

Is sales tax added to the prices shown?

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax that may apply to you. Delaware has no sales tax, so nothing is added at checkout; buyers outside the US are responsible for any tax due in their own country.

Can I negotiate the price on a package?

The published prices are fixed for published scope. If your situation needs a different scope, that becomes a custom quote via /contact/, not a discount on the same deliverable.

What's the difference between a retainer and a one-off?

A retainer is ongoing monthly work across one or more service lines. A one-off is a single, fixed-scope deliverable — like an audit or a sprint — with a defined end point.

Process

How long before work actually starts?

Retainers start within 5 business days of a signed agreement. One-off deliverables start at the kickoff date confirmed when you buy — turnaround times are stated on each package page.

Do I get a say in the plan, or is it delivered as-is?

Retainers include a strategy call before major work begins. One-off audits and sprints include a findings-review or handoff call so you can ask questions before anything is closed out.

What does a monthly report actually contain?

What was done against the scoped plan, the named KPIs for your service and how they moved, and what's planned next. Full detail on /results/.

Commercial terms

Do you guarantee rankings or traffic?

No — nobody honestly can. Google doesn't publish its ranking algorithm, and results depend on factors outside any agency's control, including your market and competitors. We commit to scope, process and honest reporting instead.

Can I cancel a retainer?

Yes, any time, with 30 days' written notice. No penalty. The current month isn't pro-rated once work has started that month.

What if I want a refund on a one-off deliverable?

Full refund if you cancel before we start. Once delivery has begun, it's non-refundable, because the work itself is under way.

Is there a cooling-off period?

US law doesn't give business buyers a statutory cooling-off period, so ours is written into the terms instead: cancel a one-off any time before we start and you're refunded in full, and retainers end with 30 days' written notice.

Why should I trust a brand-new agency?

We don't have a track record to point to yet, so we've tried to make everything else checkable instead: published prices, named deliverables, a visible process and terms that let you leave with 30 days' notice.

Technical

Which platforms do you work with?

Any — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom builds. Audits and fixes are written specifically for your platform, not generic advice.

Do you need admin access to my site?

For diagnostic work (audits), usually just read access to Search Console and analytics. For implementation work, we'll ask for the minimum access needed to make the specific change, agreed in advance.

Is my data safe with you?

We collect only what's needed to deliver the service — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's gathered and why. This site's contact form doesn't even transmit your details anywhere automatically — see /legal/privacy/ for how that works.
