Who we are
magicseo24 ("we," "us") is operated by Hand Crop Inc, 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor, 671, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. We decide what happens to the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at support@magicseo24.com or by post at the address above.
What data we collect
- Contact and booking forms (/contact/, and any service page's inquiry route): name, email address, phone number, company name and website URL, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Checkout (/checkout/): name, email, phone, company name, billing address, country, and an optional tax ID or EIN.
- Analytics (only if you accept the "Analytics" cookie category): pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level), and on-site interactions, collected via Google Analytics 4.
We do not collect payment card data. The checkout on this site runs a demonstration payment step that does not process real payments and never asks for card details.
How this data reaches us — important, and unusual
This site is a static website with no server component. The contact and booking form does not transmit your details to us automatically. When you submit it, your entries stay in your browser; you're then offered a pre-filled email (via your own mail client) and a copy-to-clipboard option so you can choose to send them to us yourself. Nothing is stored on our servers from that form, because we don't operate one for this purpose.
Checkout works the same way: your order and cart contents are stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you email us your order reference, as instructed on the confirmation page.
Why we process your data
- To answer an inquiry or booking request you've chosen to send us, and to discuss the work that might follow from it.
- To deliver and invoice an order you place at checkout.
- To understand site usage (Analytics category only) — done only with your consent, requested via the cookie banner before any analytics script loads.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect, and we do not process sensitive data as defined by state privacy law.
Who we share data with
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), only if you've accepted the Analytics cookie category. Google processes that data on its own infrastructure under its terms, which may include servers outside the United States.
- We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not pass it to any other third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Inquiry/booking details you email us: kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a service is purchased, for the duration of the engagement plus the period US federal and Delaware tax and accounting rules require us to keep invoicing records (generally seven years).
- Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics per its default retention setting (14 months), and only collected at all if you've consented.
- Cart/order data stored in your browser: retained locally until you clear your browser data or place/abandon the order; we hold no copy of it unless you email it to us.
Your rights
The Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, and equivalent laws in California and other states, give residents specific rights over their personal data. A business our size may fall below the thresholds that make those statutes mandatory, so rather than argue about which applies, we honor the same set for anyone who asks: the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of any sale, targeted advertising or profiling — none of which we do in the first place.
To exercise any of these, email support@magicseo24.com. We reply within 45 days and tell you what we did. If we turn a request down, you can appeal by replying to that decision; if the appeal is also refused, Delaware residents may complain to the Delaware Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Unit, and California residents to the California Privacy Protection Agency.
