Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly retainers
Retainers (Starter, Growth, Scale) run month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice (an email to support@magicseo24.com is sufficient) — there's no penalty and no minimum term. Once a given month's work has started, that month is not pro-rated or refunded; your cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
One-off deliverables
One-off work — audits, sprints, launch packs and the strategy session — is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin work on it. Once delivery has started (for example, once the crawl has run or outreach has begun), the deliverable is non-refundable, because the scoped work is already under way.
Consultations and strategy sessions
A booked 60-Minute SEO Strategy Session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending, is treated as the session having been delivered.
Cooling-off and cancellation window
US law gives no statutory cooling-off period for services bought online, so ours is contractual rather than statutory. You can cancel any one-off purchase in writing at any time before kickoff and be refunded in full, without giving a reason. Once you've asked us to start and work is under way, that purchase is no longer refundable — the sections above set out how this applies to each type of package. Retainers are separate: they run month to month and end with 30 days' written notice.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund is due under this policy, it's issued using the same payment method used for the original order, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed.
